OUR CONCERTS

“Kikun Pelu Mi Wa” is the result of a transcultural quest into the African diaspora. This highly personal and ambitious project is fueled by its Afro-Cuban roots.
"It was a true joy for me to listen to Ricardo Izquierdo's album "Kikun Pelu Mi Wa." The album brilliantly combines elements of Afro-Cuban folklore, jazz, and free improvisation in a very personal and effective way... "Highly recommended." French-Venezuelan singer Elisa Lécuyer thrives as a storyteller of melodies. Putting musicality at the service of lyrics, she collects, above all, songs that tell stories. Accompanied by the exceptional pianist Jean Saint-Loubert Bié, they explore the Latin American repertoire and offer a journey between continents and tones.

"Labyrinth II" is dynamic, tender, imposing, and packed with a good dose of groove. In a minimal configuration, the band, with Nicole Johänntgen on saxophone and vocals, Jon Hansen on tuba, and David Stauffacher on percussion and drums, is a true powerhouse. Nicole Johänntgen's powerful melodic playing and technical diversity blend with the pumping tuba and subtle rhythms.
